Having worked on both the east and west coasts of Australia and extensively in the United Kingdom, Stephen contributes over 15 years of continuous design experience to the practice.

His experience ranges from small to large scale architecture and urban design projects of all types from project conception to realisation. A common thread of sustainable built form links all his work.

As a design director, Stephen is instrumental in the formulation of design concepts. He has been responsible for developing schematic designs for major competition submissions and award winning projects.

A close relationship with team members throughout all phases of projects makes for a working method that promotes and rewards good ideas and quality design.
