Graduate Designer —Residential

Studio: Sydney

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Graduate to join our growing residential and mixed-use team at DesignInc Sydney. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative group with real opportunities to shape project outcomes and contribute to the direction of the team.

We’re after someone with 2–5 years’ experience who’s confident working across design, DA, CC and documentation phases. Strong Revit skills are essential, and Rhino experience is a big plus—we value people who use it as part of their design process.You’ll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable pitching in across all stages of a project. A positive, team-first attitude is key.

What we’re looking for:
• A degree in Architecture and 2+ years’ industry experience
• Proficiency in Revit (Rhino a bonus)
• Strong design thinking and documentation skills
• Clear communication and solid time management
• A collaborative, can-do mindset
