Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) Wellbeing Centre

Peter Mac has a holistic wellbeing approach, going beyond medical needs to also support the social, emotional, environmental, economic and physical needs of people with cancer and their carers. The Wellbeing Centre located in Australia’s leading cancer facility, the VCCC, is a sanctuary-like environment. A warm, welcoming gathering place, patients and carers have options to relax, access complementary therapies or log on to a computer to make practical arrangements. With views to a lush courtyard garden, spaces for meditation or yoga and cosy places for chatting, the centre helps patients feel optimistic and in control.
