Philip Weatherlake brings over 30 years’ experience in architectural practice, with a strong track record leading complex projects across varied typologies. He is known for clear prioritisation and disciplined project management, underpinned by rigorous documentation control and confident navigation of the NCC and Australian Standards. Philip offers enhanced technical capability across performance solutions, construction delivery and Green Star processes, alongside a practical, detail-oriented approach to Safety in Design, evolving schedules, and project-stage checklists across all phases.

A communicator and collaborator by nature, Philip works effectively with teams, clients and consultants -strengthening coordination through thorough review of consultant documentation and architectural packages. He is experienced in contract administration and can contribute across all project stages, typically leading project direction while supporting Revit updates and revisions when required.
