A highly experienced architect, Cameron Martin brings design excellence to all projects. He has strong design, project management and team leadership skills, developed across his 25 years of experience in education, health, commercial, industrial and retail portfolios.

Cameron is driven to improve peoples’ everyday experiences through design. He brings a collaborative, human-centred approach to his work, consulting with key stakeholders—including clients, the project team and end users—to understand each project and ensure the best possible outcome for all. His approach has been informed by years as a project architect, he is pragmatic and rigorous, with a focus on quality documentation and clear communication at every step.

Cameron has a very hands on approach, leading the team to deliver results that blend aesthetic appeal with functionality. His process embeds innovative and creative design solutions with cost effective planning and construction methods.
