We’re proud to celebrate the reappointment of Miriam Enoch, Associate Landscape Architect at DesignInc Sydney, as Vice President of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) NSW Executive Committee.
With over 15 years of experience, Miriam is a leader in the planning and design of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects—particularly in transport infrastructure, public domain and urban renewal. Her work bridges complex design thinking with practical delivery, leading projects from concept through to completion. Her role at DesignInc has seen her influence some of our most significant public realm and infrastructure-led projects, including the award-winning Byron Bay Bus Interchange, Redfern Station, Southwest Metro, Singleton Bypass, Northern Beaches B-Line, and several active transport projects across Sydney.
“I am honoured to be continuing my role as Vice President of the NSW Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) Executive Committee for another two-year term,” Miriam shared. “Together, we are committed to advancing the landscape architecture profession, advocating for sustainable design practices, and creating meaningful connections within our community.”
In addition to her Vice Presidency, Miriam has previously served on the AILA National Practice Committee and the AILA PLAN Committee (Parents in Landscape Architecture Network) and featured in the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property in 2023. Her ability to unite strong project management with quality urban design outcomes has made her an invaluable voice in the industry and within the DesignInc team.
Miriam joins new AILA NSW President Natalie McEvoy and fellow executive members to continue building the profile of the profession and tackling the challenges facing landscape architecture today.
