St Mark's College STEM Centre and Gymnasium

This two-stage project for St Mark's College involved repurposing the College's existing single-court gymnasium into a state-of-the-art senior school STEM facility, which includes four science teaching areas with associated support spaces. Utilising the height of the existing gymnasium, the laboratories and learning areas are stacked at the rear, creating a striking double-height entrance and informal learning area. The adaptive reuse of the old gym was made possible by constructing a new double court indoor gymnasium adjacent to existing outdoor courts, establishing a hub that supports a range of sports and community uses.
