The redevelopment of Admiral House in Adelaide's CBD gave the nine-storey building a high-performance facade. Its full-height, low-E double-glazing coupled with wide, precast concrete overhangs, helps achieve 4.5 Green Star and 4.5 star ABGR ratings. Typical floor plates of 1,800 m² each are flexibly designed for division into individual tenancies (up to five per floor) if needed. We also completed a refurbishment of the ground floor foyer in 2016.
