Min joined DesignInc in 2008 and is currently responsible for overseeing the architecture and health facility planning for the Orange PPP.

Prior to joining DesignInc Min worked on major specialist private hospitals and aged care facilities. Min edited the Aged Care Facility Guideline Standard Components.

Min has also worked in other health facility planning firms such as HPI, McConnell Smith + Johnson, Lawrence Nield + Partners, Stephenson & Turner Sydney and Allen Jack & Cottier.
