The Wesfarmers building is the first of a number of commercial type buildings planned within a designated business precinct at Murdoch University.

Designed with simplicity, economy and flexibility in mind, the building is readily adapted to suit a number of other companies and/or organisations looking for a signature commercial building to accommodate their functional requirements and showcase identity in the market place.

The form and appearance is essentially of three storeys, tiered in a single and light horizontal expression. Its design has also been based upon a ‘H’ shaped plan to maximise window space and outlook from the office areas.
