Located in the prestigious Dubai Marina, the Trident Grand Residence enjoys peerless views over the ocean, the Marina and one of the world's latest wonders, the Dubai Palm. Situated within a one minute walk are the beautiful beaches of Jumeirah and the gourmet restaurants of Dubai Marina. The Trident Grand Residence is also on the doorstep of Dubai's new commerce centres of Dubai Internet City and Media City.

DesignInc was commissioned to provide retail master planning, concept design, design development and retail design guidelines of the 9,000 m2 two level podium retail to create a high quality destination for retail and dining that would service the tower residents and surrounding residential areas.

The luxurious interiors were designed to reflect the quality of the residential tower above and provide a suitable setting for the retail and food and beverage tenants who have leased space in the complex. Extensive use of stone, musharabiya screens and chandeliers all contribute to the overall feeling of restrained opulence that is expected in such a development.
