DesignInc provided the initial planning and assistance in the feasibility study and preparation of SACL Major Development Plan. DesignInc’s role continued in developing the master plan and preparation of “look and feel” 3D computer generated models.

This holistic process involved development of the master-plan, exploring the future “look and feel” of the airport precinct. Existing on-grade car-parking will be replaced by a series of car park structures managing the transport needs of the airport. The multi level car parks are activated by office buildings which faces the Terminal. The remaining land will develop into a business community, enjoying new boulevards, bridge-links, and open space, with strong connections to the terminal activities and to the future of Cooks River.
