This small church in Adelaide’s Northern suburbs with seating for 220 opens into a large foyer and the existing church hall. On special occasions its total capacity can be expanded to 475.

The built form is based on bringing the congregation as close to the raised sanctuary as possible and aims to create an uplifting embracing space.

The resulting shape is dynamic and intriguing from the exterior.

The internal fountain, courtyard and upper level gallery further enhances the sense of ambience and ensures that a service in this space is a very special experience that belies its suburban locality.
