The retirement village project comprises of 114 units of apartments in two and five storey apartment buildings, independent living villas and terraced villas, and a Community Centre building.
The ageing in place concept was the key design principle used for the independent and terraced villas giving residents a sense of independency and a better level of comfort.
The Community Centre is the focus for social integration of the village residents and acts as a central link for access across the village. The building includes a lounge with bar style servery, a multipurpose room, gymnasium, activities room and a large BBQ terrace.
