Iconic, heroic, challenging, yet popular and highly-functional, this new pavilion cum function centre is its own performance.

Like a great galleon in a sea of suburban indifference, this new home for the Melbourne Greyhound Racing Association is becoming a second home for many of the surrounding residences whilst providing the most sophisticated function centre in the area for up to 500 guests.

This building is based on the provision of a ground floor wagering hall, surrounded by supporting facilities and an upper floor multipurpose dining, entertaining space, surrounded by bars, tellers, commercial kitchen plus enclosed and open grandstand seating.

A mezzanine within the upper level space is devoted to race controllers.
