The Marina Mall is the first retail centre purpose built to service the Dubai Marina. It has a full complement of shops, including a cinema and food court, and is connected to the Address Hotel, Dubai Marina.

Designinc were commissioned to design the food court in the Marina Mall, and part of the design brief was that it should service both retail customers and hotel guests. The food court has an extensive dining terrace area that offers spectacular views of the Dubai Marina. The food court was designed to maximize the views, with every table offering views of the marina.
