Currie & Brown, a quantity surveying firm, recognized their new office fit out was an opportunity to reinvigorate their business practice and corporate image. The new design reflects the greater transparency, collaboration and sustainability in their improved business processes.

DesignInc applied the following key principles to aspects of the new interior design including: maximizing natural daylight for all workstations and minimizing enclosed office spaces; introducing integrated storage planters that delineated the open plan office and improved air quality; customised storage bench joinery to support collaboration at the same time providing unique storage solutions for large drawings; creating areas for individual and group informal gathering spaces; designing organically shaped translucent workstation screens that provide privacy for individual workspace whilst maintaining visual connection between staff.
