The Chatswood Transport Precinct Project is a NSW Government Public Private Partnership.

The Development comprises a new public transport interchange incorporating elevated twin island platforms for both the existing North Shore line, and the new Chatswood to Epping line; a new rail concourse below the platforms connecting a new bus interchange via a glazed pedestrian street; 10,000m2 of high quality retail including a food court at podium level; 509 residential units in three towers of varying heights up to 40 storeys; and three levels of private basement car parking.

The architectural/urban design component of the project is delivered through a joint venture between DesignInc and Cox Richardson known as COX DesignInc.
