The projects is located on the shores of the Gulf Sea, oposite the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
It consists of an Exhibition centre of 8500 sqm, retail space of 1800 sqm, commercial area of 20,500 sqm; and 21,000 sqm of serviced apartments.

The design integrates all of these uses around a central space which is an oasis, and takes the form of a contemporary dome, enclosed above with a retractable tensile roof. The facade is shaded by horizontal sunscreens which provides protection from the sun, and they illuminate at night with specialised lighting to provide a shimmering facade which is spectacular at night. The building opens up at the ground floor to a plaza and amphetheatre which can be transformed to a night time marketplace and evening entertainment venue.

The project cost is 200 million AED. (70 million AUD)
